Refund & Exchanges

Returns: We hope you LOVE your purchase. If you don't feel free to contact customer support at within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. 

A return shipping label will be sent to you with instructions if you meet the return window. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Free returns are offered on all domestic purchases only. International returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount to the original payment form. Please keep in mind refunds may take 5-10 days to process after receiving the item(s). 

Order Changes: We are unable to edit an order once its been placed. Please check your cart for accuracy before completing your order.

Cancellations: We are unable to cancel orders at this time. 

Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the item and make it right. 

Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on discount, sale items or gift cards.
